Fund yourself with 5 free Freelance leads

Freelance opportunities are everyone’s favorite question.

Most new communications I receive are from people asking how and where to get work.

To that, I say – here is an evergreen list of companies that are always looking for writers!

These are places I’ve contacted and published, everyone on this list has been around for years

Make a living writing, usually has a lot of resources but they also pay decent for writing about writing!

Listverse has always been one of my favorites and it’s been almost a decade of watching them grow!

Cracked is pretty good and they used to have a ‘training system’ to get people into writing.

The Sun has been around forever and they’ve accepted unsolicited writings of different varieties for as long as I can remember

Cosmo is a magazine everyone knows

We have some bonus lesser heard of companies as well

FreelanceMom is a community for moms who believe that women can still be who they are after becoming a mom. It’s a niche community but it has always been open for submissions. They pay $75 to $100 per accepted article

How stuff works is an awesome site to read, getting published is so much more! Check it out here!

Finally we’ll end at one of the easiest places to get published and paid. Hubpages is a revenue-sharing site that pays per view. It starts off small but builds over time and its perfect for first-timers

you can even be my friend there at
